Ilayathalapathy Vijay Open up on the Kaththi Issue

Ilayathalapathy Vijay has sent out a a press statement related to the ongoing Kaththi issue and how the producers Lyca have agreed to remove their name from all the publicity material of the film, following protests form some pro-Tamil outfits in this regard. With the producers agreeing to remove their name, the issue seems to have been sorted out amicably, according to the press statement.

Vijay also went on to heartily thank Jayalalitha, the Tamil Nadu police force, the theater owners in the state and his producers for their support in the ongoing issue.

Vijay concluded by wishing all a very happy Deepavali and appealed to his fans and film lovers to enjoy Kaththi in theaters.
