Australia is an upcoming market for Tamil films and of late, many big star Tamil flicks like Kochadaiiyaan, Anjaan and Veeram have done good business there. Vijay's Kaththi is no exception either and till Friday (3rd day), it has reportedly grossed 95,594 ASD (more than 51 lakhs INR), and is already at the 3rd spot among Tamil films this year in Australia.
Given its furious pace at the box office, Kaththi is expected to contest strongly for the top two spots, where Kochadaiiyaan and Anjaan are slotted at 1 and 2 respectively.
