We had earlier reported that a major portion of Lingaa's shoot is complete with just the intro song left to be canned in Macau and UAE. Now ace cinematographer Rathnavelu (aka) Randy as he is fondly called has tweeted in his official handle that the shoot of Lingaa is completed.Lingaa’s shoot was kickstarted in the first week of May 2014, and in just over 6 months the shoot has been wrapped up. Randy’s tweet reads as follows:

Movie got over in lightning speed..

Lingaa is expected to release for Rajini's birthday on December 12 and the post-production is being done at a furious pace to meet the release plan.
